Rice Tire

I needed a front end Alignment so I stopped by and was told my pickup was in bad shape to have it done. They were right.I had to get upper control arms, tire rods and bushings and suspension. So after I got it done I took it back and Andrew was very informative to let me know of the condition of my truck. I'm a female and I really appreciate him telling me instead of just getting over for the money.Thank you Rice Tires.

I recommend this place to anyone thats needs to get some work done on their vehicles. Customer service was very professional, and informative. They completed the work in a very timely manner & the price of the work that was done was definitely a good deal. I will definitely be coming back for any future services I may need.

My overall experience was great. I had 4 tires installed, and I was in and in an hour and a half. Costumer service and friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I have a motorhome. Hours before we planned to leave for a trip, checking tire pressures found in board rear tire flat. Tire was ripped wide open from shrapnel on the road I guess. I didnt even know where to go and I was excited to find Rice Tire by way of internet. With no appointment they took me in immediately. I was in and out in maybe a little over an hour. Very accommodating. My service advisor was very helpful and made me aware of my options. The crew that worked on the motorhome were great. I will definitely go here in the future for all my motorhome needs. Thank you Rice Tire Craig Fetter.

This is my go-to solution for many of my vintage GMC motorhome’s needs, whether it’s routine maintenance that I can’t do myself (we live on a steep hill), new tires, steering, or suspension work that Rice Tire excels at. Everyone from the folks at the front desk to the mechanics are incredibly professional and polite. A little shocking really, as it’s not my usual experience at shops in the area. I worked very closely with Justin when I needed to upper control arms replaced and a frontend alignment done. Talk about going that extra mile! Justin and the rest of the team exceeded my expectations so much that I actively recommend Rice Tire in Halethorpe to other vintage GMC Motorhome owners without reservation. If you need suspension, wheel or tire work, routine maintenance, these guys should be your first choice.
